How credits, billing, and discounts work.
A credit is the usage unit behind every AI workflow, and each action costs credits based on the work it actually does. A cited research chat typically uses 4 credits (4–8), a document upload 3 (2–5), and a full tax return review about 72 (60–100). Every seat includes 100 credits per month.
Yes. All seat credits and extra credits land in one firm-wide balance, so heavier users draw from the same pool as lighter ones. Admins can set monthly per-seat caps for individual team members.
Work pauses — your balance never goes negative and there is no overage billing, so you will never get a surprise bill. Buy extra credits (minimum 250) or raise your monthly credit commitment, and work resumes immediately.
Annual billing takes a flat 20% off, and volume discounts stack on top: per-seat prices drop from 5 seats (5% off) up to 30% off at 100 seats, and committed extra credits from 500/month (5% off) up to 30% off at 10,000/month. For example, 5 seats billed annually is 25% off — $7.50 per seat.
